Locums Cardiac Electrophysiology in Bloomington, Illinois - 24 Hour Shifts, Flexible Monthly Blocks

This role centers on 24-hour call coverage supporting a growing cardiac program with both inpatient consults and procedural work. The schedule allows physicians to select 1-2 weeks per month.

Practice & Cases

• Combination of inpatient consults and outpatient electrophysiology clinic
• Full scope of EP procedures including ablations and EP studies
• Device work including pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders
• Participation in cardiac and structural heart patient management

Schedule

• 24-hour shifts from 7a to 7a with onsite responsibilities
• Approximately 15 shifts per month available
• Block scheduling with ability to select preferred weeks
• Pager call with 30-minute response requirement

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Active Illinois license required
• ACLS certification required
