Essential Functions of the Role * Participate in educational activities and hands-on, mentor-led clinical experiences. * Offer assistance and care, ranging from minor to severe cases, as a key part of a dynamic team. * Contribute significantly to the development and establishment of clinical guidelines and procedures within your unit. Key Success Factors * A newly achieved graduate degree from a recognized nursing school. * You have a Registered Nurse certification and an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. You want to learn new skills in a specific specialty. * A knack for decision-making that positively impacts patient care. * A clear commitment to a shared leadership model, emphasizing collaborative growth and success. * Displaying a thorough grounding in health and wellness, as seen through excellent patient care, education, and research.
