Role Overview

• Lead and grow the Heart Failure, Transplant & VAD program
• Join a rapidly expanding Pediatric Cardiology division
• Practice at a tertiary care childrens hospital + statewide outreach network
• Academic appointment: Assistant, Associate, or Professor

Key Responsibilities

• Direct & oversee Heart Failure, Transplant, and VAD services
• Deliver high-quality pediatric cardiac care
• Teach & mentor:

• Medical students
• Residents
• Fellows

Collaborate with advanced practice providersParticipate in outreach clinics

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or equivalent)
• Eligible for WV medical license
• Completed:

• Pediatric Residency
• Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship

Board-certified / eligible in Pediatric CardiologyTraining or strong experience in:

• Pediatric heart failure/transplant
• Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD)

Program Strengths

• Electrophysiology
• Adult congenital heart disease
