EP Opportunity in Quad Cities

This is a growth-driven Electrophysiology position with a large, established cardiology team covering multiple hospitals across the Quad Cities region. You'll have access to brand-new EP labs and a full procedural mix with strong internal referral volume. The structure is built for procedural time, efficient clinic, and low-burden call.

Practice Overview

• You'll join a cardiology group of 25 physicians (including 5 EP) and 28 APPs, serving local hospitals across six counties
• Full diagnostic and procedural EP program with dedicated hospital lab support teams
• Procedures include Watchman, extractions, ablations (including AFib and complex), EP studies, and full device services
• Clinical trials and research participation available (primarily EP-focused)

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Typical EP split: up to 4 lab days/week and 1 clinic day/week
• Clinic expectation once ramped: 25 patients/day
• No general cardiology call; EP call is home call only (~4 weeknights/month; mostly phone, rare/no hospital return)

Compensation & Benefits

• $850,000 base guarantee (3-year guarantee until partner) plus quarterly collections-based bonus
• 200K Sign On Bonus
• 20 days PTO to start; CME allowance $3,000 annually
• 401(k), health/dental/vision; malpractice provided; 3-year track to partnership with no buy-in and equity benefits available

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in EP
• New fellows considered
• No J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
