This is a well-established, well-led unit with a strong team culture and exceptional retention. Our motto is simple and lived every day: “nobody sits until we all sit”. Retention tells the story, with zero turnover in 2024, 33 new nurses hired in 2025, and strong success converting travel nurses into long-term team members. Leadership emphasizes collaboration, shared responsibility, and mutual support. Dedicated charge nurses and resource nurses are present on the unit, with flexible support to meet patient and staff needs.
We are currently expanding from 48 to 64 beds, offering new opportunities for professional growth within a modern, innovative care environment.
