Vigur is a next-generation performance health platform combining advanced diagnostics, AI-informed clinical insights, and precision treatment protocols. We run comprehensive biomarker panels and deliver personalized plans designed to optimize how people feel, look, and perform—across hormones, metabolism, energy, recovery, and overall organ function.
We are seeking an experienced Arizona-licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to lead telehealth consultations with members after their lab results are completed. You will review biomarker data, discuss goals, build personalized protocols, and prescribe treatments that support hormonal balance, metabolic performance, and long-term health optimization.
This is a high-impact role that blends clinical expertise with a modern approach to preventive and performance medicine. You will collaborate with our Medical Director, RN team, and operations staff to deliver best-in-class, member-centered care.
Requirements
Licensure & Certifications
- Active Arizona NP/APRN license (Family Nurse Practitioner preferred: FNP-C, AGNP-C also acceptable)
- Full practice authority in Arizona (required)
- Active or eligible for DEA registration (Schedule III) for prescribing testosterone and other controlled medications
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Unrestricted ability to practice telehealth in Arizona
Clinical Skills
- 2+ years experience in one or more of the following:
- Hormone optimization or TRT/HRT
- Metabolic/obesity medicine
- Internal medicine, family medicine, or integrative/functional medicine
- Preventive, concierge, longevity, or wellness care
- Strong ability to interpret comprehensive biomarker panels (hormonal, metabolic, cardiovascular, thyroid, liver/kidney, nutrient status)
- Comfortable prescribing:
- Testosterone
- Thyroid hormones (T3/T4)
- GLP-1 agonists
- Metformin & metabolic agents
- Lipid/insulin-sensitivity meds
- Other optimization therapeutics as clinically indicated
- Experience delivering consultations via telehealth platforms

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, modern, precision-health environment
- Detail-oriented documentation and adherence to clinical standards
- Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based care
Preferred (Not Required)
- Training or coursework from A4M, SSRP, Evexias, or other hormone/functional medicine programs
- Previous experience in a performance health, TRT/HRT, weight-loss, wellness, or longevity clinic
- Experience with clinical AI tools or modern EMRs
