As a Cardiac Thoracic OR RN, you’ll work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside expert cardiologists and cardiovascular specialists, delivering world-class cardiac care to our community. We require:
- Current and valid NYS registration authorizing practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Professional Nursing (BSN is preferred)
- RN experience with Open Heart in the OR
- Clinical experience/skills relevant to Thoracic Surgery
- 3 years’ experience with circulating and scrub experience
- Completion of annual mandatory in-service education (Hospital/Nursing)
- Excellent English verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency
- BLS certification
