Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a hospital-employed group at our Columbiana Clinic.

• Experienced provider needed (prefer 1-2 yrs minimum in NP role)
• Prefer a provider who can work autonomously
• Must be experienced in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Family Medicine
• Hospital employed position joining established primary care group at our Columbiana, AL clinic location
• Typical outpatient clinic services
• Shared call coverage (telephonic only)
• Practice alongside 2 physicians
• Clinic has fully-equipped stat lab with 3 exam rooms per provider
• Dedicated MA per provider and shared admin support staff
